26. Actually, this is partially true but not the whole story.
Once the inside air is cool, it recycles and can cool it down another 20 degrees, and so on. You must not have enough air conditioning for the house. Or, if you are dealing with a swamp cooler, this could also keep you from getting what you want. But since you are in Orlando, surely you are not using a swamp cooler.
