3. I've met him 4 times I think
and the last time I spoke to him was in March and I asked him if he was following what was happeneing in the House when they were doing the first Iraq debate-he said a little bit. I also thanked him for what he tried to do for John Kerry in '04 he said "we do what we can".I was really glad that he wasn't a weirdo like so many other famous people we see (The Gene Simmonses, Ozzy Osbournes and Brett Michaels of reality TV shows).Meeting Bruce shot to hell the notion that you should never meet your heroes.I'm proud to have met him-being a Jersey guy and all like I am.
