pennies compared to the ever-rising premiums, co-pays and uncovered procedures we're currently paying for out of pocket.

I'd rather my taxes go up a few pennies on the dollar and drop the $400 we're paying a month, plus the $15 to $25 every time we go to the doctor and the $800 that wasn't covered when we had our baby.
