First off, I don't think that one can apply the word "normal" to sexual matters. There are kinks galore. Be it object, body part or whatever. Chances are, if it exists, someone somewhere finds it sexually stimulating.

That being said, I believe that our sexual proclivities/kinks are formed during very early childhood - the toddler/toilet training stage to be exact. My guess is that Vitter may have had an emotionally cold mother and that his only moments of maternal closeness were during diaper changes. Simply put, he equates sensuality with memories of having his nappies changed.

But that's just my BS theory.
