Your blood test will speak the loudest. If your CEA counts go up firmly request a PET scan. Someday you might learn what the heck CEA counts mean, perhaps after you find out what a PET scan is.

Take care of your nutrition. Eat when you are not hungry. Every day take Iron, Potassium, Coral Calcium and a multivitamin. Go buy them now if you haven‘t already.

Express love to your caregivers, especially the ones that have the big needles.

This difficult experience will give you bragging rights for years - - so go ahead and brag about your ordeal to all that will listen. Connect with all you can.

Soon, too, you will be able to tell us you’ve “licked it.” I’ll be waiting to hear it.
