It may or may not violate the law, though.

I'm not up on the finer points of who, acting in
public, can be videoed without their permission
and then have that video publicized.

Perhaps someone here knows?

Or perhaps your local attorney knows?

Maybe you have an action against the vdeographer
and wouldn't that be sweet?
