Poll question: What Are The Odds Harriet Miers Will Be In Cuffs This Time Tomorrow

In about an hour Harriet Miers is required, having been subpoenaed, to present here self before the House Judiciary Committee at a hearing. She has indicated she will not. She could and should be arrested and compelled to testify. Maybe she will, maybe she won't.

What are the odds she will be arrested within the next 24 hours if she does not appear?
