12. That comic strip does say it all. It also explains why the
basic mechanics of this country don't work. I have had a telphone line that is interupted for about four years. Each time I call for a diagnosis, it is the same problem. At&T owns the wires that always have some problem outside of my home, and the co. I pay my bill to rents them from At&t.
