5. So where is Bush's apology for joking about finding WMDs in Iraq
when he knew or should have know the whole time that they were not there.
Where is Bush's apology for refusing to fund health care for kids in New York and San Francisco where the cost of just paying the rent prevents families from affording health insurance although their gross incomes would mean they were wealthy anywhere else?
Where is Bush's apology for losing billions in Iraq?
Why aren't the telecom companies apologizing to us for breaching our trust and our rights to privacy?
Why isn't Sandra Day O'Connor apologizing to us for having foisted Bush on us in the first place?
Why aren't the Republicans apologizing for having rubber-stamped the evils of the Bush administration all these years?
Why aren't men and women of conscience in this administration apologizing to the world for the festering sore of injustice that is Guantanamo?
Why isn't Congress exercising its Constitutional obligation to enact laws governing the handling of prisoners and captures and closing Guantanamo?
Why isn't our Democratic majority in Congress apologizing to the world for the civil rights abuses of the Bush administration?
Why isn't the Democratic majority in Congress right now apologizing for its failure to enact the drastic environmental protections we need just to save the human race from virtual extinction?
I've only just started the list.
Stark should be the last one to have to apologize. Even if you don't like what he said, his apology is about words. The Bushies have killed and continue to kill countless innocent people. The Bushies have desecrated the Constitution, abandoned the sacred commitment of our nation to human rights and wasted our nation's wealth.
