While I do believe this movement is a start, and I support and encourage the move to close accounts and move to Credit unions, the stats aren't in our favor.
We are the 99%. And the 1% own 38% of the wealth. The top 10% own 71% of the wealth. And those of us under. The remainder is enough for its removal to make a dent in corporate banking bottom line. If everyone made the move. Of course, the bottom 40 of us collectively have less than 1% of the wealth, hardly enough to make them "not big enough to care".
