"That post was five levels beneath mine" to give himself some sort of distance from the promotion decision is an insult to my intelligence.
Does he think that people believe that the person in charge of making sure that this post got a permanent occupant looked at the three resumes of those up for the promotion and thought, "Wow the resume of this young man without a college degree completely outshines these other two guys with doctorates."
That's what Walker thinks we will believe. What a condescending jerk.
