...Guys like Pat Robertson would run a tear-jerker clip, then ask for donations, telling people "the fist $200,000 will go to support the work you've just seen". But their faithful, shorn-again flock would pledge a miilion or more to that appeal. Sure, the first 200K goes to the charity, but the other 80% had no strings attached, and went to building his personal empire.

Can't say I wish he was back with Allan Colmes, though. If these allegations are true, I want him behind bars for fraud. And I'd like some even bigger swindlers in there to keep him company.
