The fact is that there is a difference of policy in relation to so-called "illegal immigrants"

The Republicans want ID controls at ER to prevent illegals accessing healthcare.

Democrats don't. Or at least I hope they don't.

Letting people bleed to death because of their citizenship (or lack of it) would be inhuman.

Keith gets himself all worked up here over nothing.

Joe Wilson's yelling was a pre-meditated calculated effort to get attention. It worked.

By giving Wilson more attention, Keith and y'all are helping him stay in the spotlight.

It all takes attention away from the message the President was trying to get across.
