19. The still favored repuke talking point is that
Bush was a big hero on 9/11. The reason he didn't immediately get up was that he didn't want to scare the children. When he did leave, he immediately took command of the situation culminating with his appearance in New York with the bullhorn to show solidarity with the fire fighters.

That's the myth the admin. and media have perpetrated with regard to Bush on 9/11. You and I know the dufus just sat there. (He was probably thinking, "Holy shit. They pulled it off.") However, the American public have been sold a bill a goods and have bought into the lie to the extent that I've had otherwise intelligent people tell me I should be grateful for chimp's "leadership" that awful day. Who knew?
