stunned to hear him tell the truth - liberals want to end the white male christian power structure (and give access and equal opportunity for non white male christian people). and Bill thinks this is a bad thing because those people scare him.
Basically Bill is saying he likes the defacto affirmative action system that gives him and other whities an unfair advantage based solely on race/religion and gender. he is such a funny man.
