1)He is panting. Cheney's chest rises and falls from emotions. It's nice to see a chink in the armor.

2)No follow-up questions. Not one. It had to be agreed upon. Cheney just spouts lies and jiberrish and goes completely unchallenged.

Look for how he defines strategy, objective, and victory. These aren't subjective terms especially in a military sense. Yet with him they mean what he wants them to mean.
