1. Russ is a hero on this, but the ship has turned.
There isn't any support in Congress anymore for blocking this immunity. The ship has turned and our elected officials now worry about the political implications on a President Obama if they "irritate" the Telecoms. I predict this will quietly go away as an issue for years.
