I posted this originally in the Political videos forum. Thought it would be a good idea to cross post here. The video is fully captioned and that is exactly the point she is making about how all the hard work that went into getting access into the broadcast media seem to be in a reinventing the wheel stage to get online media accessible for Deaf and hard of hearing people.
