13. The military serves at the descretion of the citizens of this nation
as expressed through their elected representatives. They project the United States' political will as directed by civilian leadership, and having volunteered, do not have any greater a say in how they will be used than any other citizen.

The Soldier acts for us. You are suggesting that civilian control of the military is a flawed concept and advocating mutiny which is deplorable. You want to end the war then you convince your fellow citizens to elect representatives who reflect your political position and leave the Soldier, the Sailor, and the Marine out of it.
