Says Bush shoots from the hip and that's his policy. Destructive to any non-proliferation efforts. Administration NOT engaged in real diplomacy. Military option a TERRIBLE option and they know it. China & Russia needs to join with U.S. in serious sanctions.

Edit to add: A thought. It doesn't matter. Bush has been granted the power to go to war WITHOUT CONSENT OF CONGRESS. Bush can essentially make war with whoever, whenever he wants to. Congress has given Bush this power, willingly, and nobody has yet stood up to him (save Feingold) in order to check his power. The result is a virtual dictator. That, to me, is SCARY.
