Merhaba - I've traveled extensively in Turkey and speak servicable Turkish...

1) Yellow sign on right says "arşi", which is Turkish for "market"

2) Half visible blue sign on right (below yellow sign) says "alişveriş", which is Turkish for "shopping".

3) Buildings, with signs hanging off every balcony, look very Turkish.

4) Note that woman in pink is wearing Western dress, which is typical of Western Turkey. Would she be wearing that in Baghdad?

5) As others have correctly noted, "Noter" is Turkish for notary and "Edo" is a brand of ice cream.

The scene looks like every Turkish city I've ever visited (over 20...), and if I had to guess I'd say it was in the Western part.
