stories about "two Arab looking men" aking pictures of Rockefeller Center around Christmas and causing a scare (unlike the hundred or so Japanese with their camaras).
A couple of years ago, a New Jersey woman was taking pictures of the refineries around Linden and was accsted by a local cop and told to stop. Yes, she was a citizen.
There are now signs all around the George Washington Bridge forbidding any picture taking.
Whatever terrorists are out there have won when we lock ourselves in our closets.
