57. Another coincidence-murder victim NYT journalist David Rosenbaum
contributed to a NYT article published 12-24-2005 about Mr. Alito's 1984 memo favoring immunity for top officials involved in domestic surveillance.

The Senate Alito hearings took a brief recess to honor Mr. Rosenbaum this morning.

Here's an abstract of the article. (These coincidences sometimes fuel CT, the article seems appropriate to this thread)
