22. Everything that he outlined the public is familiar with and
the other Dems are familiar with...he didn't have any surprise information... all of the FISA issues going on with this Admin, they knew about it .. They also knew Feingold was going to do this...why didn't they take the initive and rally together this weekend and discuss it.....

If he delayed any further that would have given the Repugs a better chance at grandstanding and not even Feingold to have the floor....Frist was tripping over himself to prevent this....the rebuttal from the Repugs was even worse....I don't know this just might have been the right time....
