y'know, as a collection of phrases, they are useful for a politician--if used judiciously.

But we're talking about GWB here, which instead makes your play-list in the OP into inappropriate tools in the hands of a child. Whether he's working with the back-mounted-receiver and earphone, reading or--more tellingly--winging it, his attempts at speech are appalling for a leader (or even for an amateur politician.)
