The organization of the UAE among the 7 is in most books, as are discussions of the lack of books being kept in the UAE. Indeed Bush violated the US law's keep books in the US thought and agreed to be happy with access if needed to UAE notes being kept in the UAE. Now the Indian employees that are used by the 7 are top notch, and I am sure keep good books - indeed perhaps more than one set - but we will never know until it is "necessary" and we go over to the UAE (I understand this may change at any moment and we may get agreement to keep records in the US - but that is where we stood 48 hours ago).
