Maybe Bush knows the 'New World Order' is complete and he doesn't have to worry about the Democrats ever gaining control of the House or Senate, because the 2006 vote has already been counted.

It's all about the Bush Kingdom now, and other Minion & Contributing Kingdoms that have helped the Bush Kingdom Rise To Power.
