claim there is no confirmation of these types of weapons 'gone missing'.

Further they say there is no proof that Russia ever manufactured a suitcase bomb.

I wonder where the truth is?

It seems there is a movement in this country to keep us constantly in fear of 'THE BOMB'.

Chemicals and germs are far more fearful but they do not go BANG.

But then how reliable is th Council on Foreign Relations?
