There is no room for torture. Perhaps the soldiers are forced to stay too long. Their
commanders are to blame. They should recognize the symptoms before the soldier
commits suicide, murder, abuse of any kind.

It does look like the soldiers were having a good time at the expense of the suffering
dog, not flipping out because of stress.
