I'm not belittling what you've done or want to do. I do think that it's fantastic that you want to do something very, very kind for your fellow DUers. I'm betting that you've never met them, nor likely will. Truly, that is the spirit.

However, let's not go after folks here like this. To be honest, this whole thing violates DU rules. I think that past action dictates certain acceptances. Skinner, EarlG and Elad have allowed fundraisers here in the past. I don't think, not for one moment, that any of them seek to slight any one of us. No way.

If this is how we treat our admin (and believe me, I'm NOT their dream member) then we need a fundraiser to hire 2 or 3 folks to help them out.
