5. I don't think its the goal, but I think its the effect
American corporations already benefit tremendously from how the World Bank and IMF function, but I fear that Bush's policies are going to drive us to an economic and social collapse that would put us in a prime position to end up a target of one of these "mob loans" the World Bank and IMF like to give developing countries under the term "aid."
