What you said it very, very true. This is precisely why we get more time off than the average worker. All I can say is; when you feel the need, TAKE IT. Even if you need to step outside for just few minutes during the day to collect your thoughts and just BREATHE.

Yes, it is a very rewarding occupation, but it can also be very stressful. If you can recognize that fact, you will do just fine. Don't try to be a superman or superwoman. When you need help, ASK FOR IT.
