There is no good solution here. The victims have has their lives ruined, the ones that survived. The rapists are guerrillas that do not see anything wrong with what they did, nor will they ever feel regret or remorse. And they will do it again when the opportunity arises, even if they disarm and go back to their normal lives, whatever that was.

They need to be in prison, or they need to be executed. And try as I might, I really don't feel any remorse at the though of those victim/guards keeping those serial rapists in line and under control.

I know, I know, I know it's never going to happen. But the thought of the tables turned, and the predators of women now the prey, has justice to it. Men get away with far too much shit for me to feel much remorse when their victims fight back and win. And I'm a guy!
