10. It would solve alot
men seeing men castrated would think twice about choosing rape because the COST to them would be so high rape would lose it's worth.

Men come born armed. Women are not. And women have been subjected to male violence for too damn long. Time to level the playing field and take rape seriously.. A penis made a weapon is still a weapon and until men caught raping learn a penis is not a gun and behave like they understand this than they should be castrated or restricted in a way that costs them privilege comfort wealth male privileges Anything that makes them feel diminished.And for some rapists it means disarming them.I have NO sympathy for rapists.In fact I hate them.
Rape is always a CHOICE.It should be too costly to the male raping for him to even consider that choice and until we make rape too costly to do, rape will continue.Public castration. I don't care, rape has to stop.
