and innocent until proven guilty...

no one in this congress or any court can convict or say they are going to convict without a trail..or in the case of government ..hearings...to say it openly..that we are going to impeach ..without a trial/hearings first would be
irresponsible..to say the least...

but with hearings...and if it is "proven" that laws have been broken..
(ehhem...which should be apparent to all) and it is public..there will be a national out cry for impeachment..

then the onus is not on the democratic congress ( but we will know otherwise)..but it will be from the "people"..and perhaps republicans in office, as they will want to save their own asses ...

the republican congress is already broken..and they will only give a shit about saving their own rear ends!!

and their complicity will be transparent..

our democratic congress will never have to put it on the table..the ( so called )media..and the people will demand it...and this will not be able to be hidden from the American people by the media...Waxman and Conyers will have c-span covering every bit of their hearings...

no more Sensenbrenner shutting off the mikes and lights!! and no more basement hearings...

and i have felt from the get go ..it will be Waxman who starts the ball rolling..and once it starts to roll there will be no putting it back in hiding...

Waxman has all the maps to the bones..alot of excavating is going to be happening...soon!!
