When you have a rubber stamp congress who will let everything go and change the law if the court doesn't fall lockstep behind the plan. You have all the agencies controlled by unqualified cronies who are not going to rock the boat an a corporate controlled media that will not report any misconduct.
They get to do what ever they want regardless of the laws and until the voters wake up and sweep them out, there is nothing we can do about it.
