Remember when Clinton talked about the tax cuts passed by Repubs?

Remember he said that he and others like him really didn't need the extra cuts? that what he would prefer is tax cuts for the middle and lower level workers. Is there any video of trascript of his speech on this? I was thinking it would make a great Dem ad in the final weeks to refute what the Repubs are saying about Dems raising your taxes. It's a simple way to inform the spoon-fed voters that when the Repubs talk about what the difference is between Dem and Repub tax policies.
