the text on the ballot says it will eliminate personal property taxes for veterans organizations and churches, but if you read the fine print, you find that veteran's organizations arent specifically included. The main person pushing this amendment is Joyce Meyer, the woman behind the mega-church and ministry outside St Louis. It will keep her and her church from having to pay personal property taxes.
