That film was taken from a very distant location, all things considered.

It's so large, that if it IS a U.S. arms depot, the _Bush administration won't want to admit it, EVER, especially right before national elections.

I can see no reason to insist no one was hurt, especially on the part of people who weren't within thousands of miles.
