12. Also, fewer words:
Before Bush dismantled the Constitution, FISA courts not only could issue warrants quickly, they could issue them retroactively, for up to 72 hours. Any terrorist cell "from Italy to Denver" could have been investigated BEFORE a warrant was issued.

Wilson's ad is simply false and now she lies when she says Patricia Madrid has changed her mind on domestic spying program. Wilson is getting her marching orders directly from the White House and Karl Rove, and the truth doesn't matter to them. Their only concern is frightening and confusing voters. This politics of fear is eroding the very values upon which this country is built.

If Madrid wants to talk about domestic spying, one of the many question everyone should be asking Wilson is, why Bush's Domestic Spying program, which Wilson voted for, has done away with a paper trail for intercepting calls? We have no idea who the government is listening to and what they are doing with that information.

But we have to wonder why Wilson is telling lies about national security....(add the rest from my previous post)
