Besides in the hands of the FBI agents who showed up in Houston, TX and Arlington, VA on Friday, July 23, 2004, to demand the backup tapes of my e-mails and David R. Smith's e-mails?

Besides in the hands of the DOJ career prosectors who sent the FBI agents on that mission?

Besides in the hands of Halliburton's white collar crime defense attorneys?
