then you are out of luck. Wiretap is an old term adopted to be used with increasing technology. The way the gov't tapped lines before required putting a physical device on your telephone line (at your house or at the pole). Now wiretapping is done at the central switches of the phone companies. These switches are just computers trafficing bits of data (your voice get's encoded/decoded). There is no way to detect a wiretap of that kind.
