not that their boss would fire them, but the owner of their news company would... i hate what this country is currently standing for... but I say, reading that transcript tells me clinton held his own, but to see wallace interrupt him so much in that transcript is beyond the pale of acceptable journalism in respect to the former president, anyone does the same to bush he throws a pissy fit and they back down, clinton just keeps right on discussing the issue.
