9. What is torture?
Sodomizing people to death with broomsticks is clearly unacceptable (except if you're Sean Hanitty who secretly loves being sodomized). Is a naked pyramid too much? Is loud music too much? What about being locked in a small cage or a cold room? Does it matter what kind of prisoner it is? Maybe Osama could be treated a little rougher. Is torture really effective in obtaining the truth? All I'm saying is we as a country need to have an honest discussion about this and forget about who is a patriot and who hates the Constitution and who really cares about national security. Instead we get everyone calling everyone else a fascist. I'm just sick of it.
