Sorry you're missing it, it will almost certainly be on dvd, and I'm willing to be you could probably get it throught bitttorrent sometime much sooner.

There are residents saying that they heard explosions---and a person or two said that back during Hurricane Betsy, the ninth ward was intentionally flooded (with explosions of the levees) to save the richer areas.

Not proven or disproven, but someone said you'd think they'd want to investigate that just to prove it for once and for all.
