She was partly in charge of keeping track of terrorist threats and blew it. And then tried to cover her ass. However, the entire Bush administration was concerned with other things and had pushed terrorism to the back burner (at best).

I dislike her policies and I don't like her style. However, that doesn't make her an idiot.
