42. Actually, Lieberman didn't take his opponent the least bit seriously.
He thought that he'd win re-election out of some sort of entitlement.

Bad mistake. Joe forgot how to campaign in the 18 years he's been unopposed.

In short, he's completely out of touch with the people he's supposed to be representing. And thoose people are ready to show him the door.

Serves him right.
