not notice or care about. But Condi has a lot of money. Not only that but every other aspect of her appearance she gives attention to...hair, clothing, SHOES (LOL). She dresses nicely and looks well groomed. If she looked un-kept I guess I wouldn't notice the contrast so much. But she seems to want to look nice. So the fact that she'd let her teeth go like that is just strange to me.
