So, I've been saying since before the elections in 2000 that this was the way it was going to go. In fact it was right after the elections when Dubya Shrub said,

"If this were a dictatorship, it'd be a heck of a lot easier, just so long as I'm the dictator."

He said that on December 18, 2000. Did you think he was joking? Who says that kind of shit? No one in his right mind would say something like that unless they actually aspired to it. It's obvious he wants absolute power, if he and the Bushites didn't they wouldn't sneak around and spy on people or hold people without charge for years. They wouldn't alienate the rest of the world and try to stir up nationalistic *blind* pride. Fascism rears it's ugly head.
