41. Nader could have been a great President
the problem is that given the strength of the two party system, getting him elected was always going to be a problem and by running as a third party he actually hurt the Dems chances, although I think if the Dems would get back to their basic tenets and divorce special interests, their base might actually vote in very large numbers.

Please note that I still believe Florida was stolen in 2000 and the Dems won (until the courts stepped in), but they would have won comfortably without Ralph. Dems must blame themselves for losing supporters to Nader because of ties to special interests.

Nader has fought special interests all his life and I'm glad he never compromised and sold out.

Now I'll put on my anti-flame suit. :D
